Terres de Truffes est l'une des cuvées phares de la cave. Un vin riche et puissant aux arômes de fruits noirs confiturés (myrtilles, cassis) soutenus par des notes d’épices douces, réglissées et florales (violette). De beaux arômes de pruneaux en bouche, il dévoile des tanins bien enrobés et une finale fraîche, caractéristique du terroir. Un vin rond, élégant qui saura ravir les amateurs de truffes !

About the domain :
Created in 2003 from the merger of Les Roches Blanches, in Mormoiron, and La Montagne Rouge, in Villes-sur-Auzon, both founded in 1929, this cooperative has over a hundred members and offers a fine range of Ventoux wines. The cooperative also organizes tours to discover the region and its wines.
