95/100 Robert Parker
-
17,5/20 Jancis Robinson
"The Côtes du Roussillon Villages Latour de France Visitare Interiore Terrae 2015 [...] offers a beautifully complex nose of blackcurrant, cassis, damp earth (granite), chocolate and roasted meat. Rich, full-bodied, unctuous and sexy as hell, it offers plenty of sweet fruit, no harshness and a great finish. This is a gorgeous wine to drink over the next 7-8 years." (Wine Advocate 2017) Enjoy with eyes closed!

"[...] the Côtes du Roussillon Villages Latour de France Occultum Lapidem 2020 is peppery and spicy, with lots of blueberry and blackcurrant fruit. Medium to full-bodied, creamy and supple to the touch, with a long finish, could this wine be better than the impressive 2019?" (Wine Advocate 2023)
Domaine de Bila-Haut - Côtes du Roussillon rouge 2022
3/5 (1 review)
91/100 James Suckling
Equal to itself, the new vintage is fleshy, well-structured and warm, just like the terroirs of Roussillon. This cuvée is juicy and tannic, with notes of morello cherries, plums and dark chocolate. A must-have!
Domaine de Bila-Haut - Côtes du Roussillon Bila-Haut blanc 2021
3.3/5 (3 reviews)
90/100 Bettane & Desseauve
"Frank aromas of fresh white fruit and citrus fruit, saline and invigorating on the palate, lively and slender". (Le Guide Bettane + Desseauve). Gourmet power! Its expressive nose of citrus and empyreumatic notes is echoed on the palate with a clean, aromatic attack. Full-bodied, tangy and fresh, with a saline finish. Enjoy with spring dishes.

88/100 Wine Spectator
"The 2018 Côtes du Roussillon Villages Lesquerde l'Esquerda looks potentially exceptional. Crushed-stone accents give this full-bodied red an impression of austerity, while blueberry and cherry notes are bold and muscular, giving way to a long, mouthwatering finish." (Wine Advocate). Fruity, appetizing, intoxicating, slightly tannic, it really has it all!

3.4/5 (19 reviews)
14,5/20 Bettane & Desseauve

M. Chapoutier - Les Vignes de Bila-Haut blanc 2018
3.7/5 (26 reviews)
89-91/100 Robert Parker
"Les Vignes de Bila Haut Blanc 2018 Côtes du Roussillon incorporates small amounts of Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier, giving it a more floral, perfumed nature than previous vintages. Notes of lime, tangerine and peach round out the intense palate, which finishes fresh, tangy and saline." (Wine Advocate 2019 - Robert Parker) A great classic praised and highlighted by Parker on every vintage and at such a gourmet price!

Domaine Bila-Haut - Collioure 2015

This Collioure is a fine representative of its appellation, with depth and concentration balanced by marine freshness. Racy, with notes of blueberries and spices, the wine reveals its secrets on the palate. Another great success from Maison Chapoutier!

"Reminiscent of a Saint-Péray with its vibrant saline minerality, buttery citrus, toasted nut and quince aromas and flavors, the 2015 Collioure Chrysopée Blanc is wonderfully textured with juicy acidity." (Wine Advocate 2017 - Jeb Dunnuck) A bold cuvée!
Domaine de Bila-Haut - R.I. Rectificando Invenies 2014
4.8/5 (4 reviews)
94-96/100 Robert Parker
"This beauty delivers intense aromas of black fruits, graphite, horsehair and dried violet that match a full-bodied, elegant, yet textured and even seductive style on the palate. There's plenty of fine tannin lurking here, but the wine is already pleasing." (Wine Advocate 2016 - Robert Parker)
Domaine de Bila-Haut - Occultum Lapidem rouge 2014 (Magnum)
92/100 Robert Parker

15/20 RVF
"Another sublime vintage for this cuvée, Côtes du Roussillon Villages Occultum Lapidem, predominantly Syrah-Grenache, was harvested between September 12 and October 3 with tiny yields of 28hl/ha. Fully de-stemmed and aged in concrete vats, its opaque ruby color is followed by complex notes of garrigue, leather, plum and violet. Medium- to full-bodied, elegant and structured, with a beautiful texture, this fruity, well-balanced Roussillon is already hard to resist, but will appreciate over the next 6-7 years." (Wine Advocate 2016 - Robert Parker)
