Fresh and fruity, exotic fruits, white peach, floral notes, English sweets, slightly toasted and buttery
Mouth
Ample, round, creamy, crisp on white flowers, slightly tart, a little toasted on white fruits, lovely freshness, long finish with a hint of salinity.

About the estate:
The village of Cases-de-Pène takes its name from a 10th-century hermitage built on a limestone rock (penaen in Catalan) that closes off the Agly valley. The black schist soils alternate with ochre clay-limestone soils, forming two superb terroirs on which the twenty or so winegrowers of the local cooperative, founded in 1942 and representing 280 hectares of vines, work.
