"This rosé of grenache (70%) and carignan made a strong impression. Attractive in its pink-gray hue, it reveals a complex, elegant and powerful nose of pear, mirabelle plum, apple, peach... This complexity is extended by a palate full of assurance and balance: plenty of volume, soft, tender flesh, a remarkable freshness reminiscent of the high altitude terroirs that gave birth to this wine with its strong personality. About the domain :

The Grier family, owners of a vineyard in South Africa renowned for its sparkling wines, set up this 25-hectare estate in the Fenouillèdes region in 2006. They have entrusted the reins to Raphël Graugnard, who brings all his experience to bear in making wines that symbolize the successful union of the Old and New Worlds.

southern power tempered by superb freshness, a great rosé for an aperitif but also for a good meal with southern flavours, I love it.
