"Built on white (80%) and gray Grenache, aged in reused barrels, a round, fat and suave white with a mineral finish." (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2019) ) This round, smooth white wine will go perfectly with white meats in sauce and Mediterranean dishes. A very fine gourmet white!

"The schistose marls of the Fenouillèdes region are ideal for Grenache Noir. This wine has a ruby color with black moiré highlights. After an initial nose of fresh red berries (cherry), aeration reveals notes of black fruit with a touch of pepper.
