Now that's color! Proudly displaying a light raspberry hue, it assumes a vinification that breaks away from the dictates of clear rosé. Full of red fruit and saline notes, fresh and round, with a fullness that would make its lighter-colored counterparts pale, this is a fine gourmet rosé that will stand up to the test at the table, with lobster for example.

About the domain :

On the beautiful, high-altitude granite terraces of the Fenouillèdes region, northwest of Maury, Gérard Gauby and a few associates acquired this certified organic estate. In 2016, Wendy Wilson replaced Gerald Stanley, who had run the estate since 2008. The red and white wines are vinified in barrels on the basis of very natural principles: indigenous yeasts, no acidification, no chaptalization. Never lacking in freshness or elegance, the reds have recently gained in structure and fleshiness. But from the very first vintage, in 2001, Le Soula has distinguished itself primarily through its whites, which have impressed us with their purity and intensity: the combination of Macabeu, Sauvignon Blanc and several other grape varieties works wonders. The wines are often worth waiting for to reach their full expression.
