Torredemer-Mangin

Romain Torredemer and Thomas Mangin joined forces in 2022. Heirs to vineyards, but above all to a terroir and expertise passed down by their grandfathers, they work part of their land with a draft horse named "Papillon." Located in Vingrau, north of Perpignan, in a breathtakingly beautiful setting, these two friends are working to restore and replant the valley's hillsides. While taking constraints into account, they try to limit their interventions in the cellar and in the vineyard as much as possible, delivering fresh and precise wines that reflect their terroir.
