Romain Torredemer and Thomas Mangin joined forces in 2022. Heirs to vines, but above all to a terroir and know-how handed down by their grandfathers, they work part of their soils with a draught horse, "Papillon". Located in Vingrau, north of Perpignan, in a breathtakingly beautiful setting, these two friends are busy restoring and replanting the valley slopes. While taking into account the constraints, they try to limit as much as possible their interventions in the cellar as well as in the vineyard, delivering fresh and precise wines, in the image of their terroir.

This 100% Grenache bears the name "Sinopia", borrowed from the red-orange pigment found in some of the estate's soils. Luscious aromas of raspberry, cherry and redcurrant line the palate. This is a wine to share with friends, over red meat or pizza!

Orage is a 100% Muscat Petits Grains maceration wine. It is driven by its balance, precision and complexity. Notes of tangerine and grapefruit combine with a spicy, lemony character. The tannins are well-coated, with a full, fresh finish of lime peel. A real success! (Orange wine is a white maceration wine).
