Adrien Berlioz Estate
Established in Viviers since 2006, this young winemaker, cousin of Gilles Berlioz, works his own vines on just over 5 hectares of steep slopes using organic methods.
This demanding winemaker puts his heart into his work to create cuvées that are resolutely contemporary and just as authentically Savoyard, shining with naturalness and complexity. A courageous, straightforward craftsman who surprises us with each vintage with his know-how and the unique expression that shines through in his 14 cuvées. These treasures, available in limited quantities, are a pleasure for connoisseurs to unearth and age.

"An auteur wine that will awaken your senses!

A tribute to the duo Adrien and Gilles Berlioz, his cousin, Cuvée des Gueux is like a spring breeze. We close our eyes and let ourselves be carried away by the delicate perfumes of white flowers in a pretty meadow... An intense, joyful, crisp white with a liveliness that awakens the senses. A vin d'auteur to be aerated in advance for even more flavor.

"Sublime this Zulime, with its spicy and subtly sweet notes!"

This Savoy white wine is both sweet and lively! The aromas are invigorating and the saline finish delights the palate, calling for a second glass. Once again, this cuvée reveals the greatness and originality of the winemaker.

"A sparkling, stunning, fascinating wine!"

This Raipoumpou cuvée takes its name from a wild radish planted by Adrien's wife in their garden. Its racy, generous nose reveals a beautiful character that's not lacking in spice! On the palate, the wine's tonicity and delicious aromatics combine to create a full-bodied, mineral and delicate wine.

"A Persian with a dark side

Octavie is like going "to the dark side of the force". Dark, spicy, lively, stirring and graceful all at once, this wine is already projecting its power on the nose, with notes of licorice reminiscent of a certain depth. On the palate, it's full-bodied and generous, with good acidity and tight tannins. A few years in the cellar will enable this Persian from elsewhere to be tamed even more.

"A Mondeuse off the beaten track".

A surprisingly delicate Mondeuse. Full-bodied and fleshy, it exudes elegance and tension, enhanced by fine acidity on the finish. The tannins are still young and tight. Let it age for a few years to appreciate all its flavors.

A tribute to Clémence, the village grandmother who gave Adrien her first plot of vines. It embodies gentleness and delicacy in a pure, precise Roussette with an enveloping fatness and a tangy core. A cuvée that needs time to appreciate, a little patience and it will reveal all its secrets.
