Octavie is like going "to the dark side of the force". On the palate, it's full-bodied and generous, with good acidity and tight tannins. A few years in the cellar will enable this Persian from elsewhere to be tamed even more.

"A Mondeuse off the beaten track".

A surprisingly delicate Mondeuse. Full-bodied and fleshy, it exudes elegance and tension, enhanced by fine acidity on the finish. The tannins are still young and tight. Let it age for a few years to appreciate all its flavors.
