Drink or Keep
On the limestone scree of Mont Granier, "les Abymes" refers to the catastrophe that buried the village in 1248. Que nénies! A classified Savoy Cru since 1973, Micraster here reveals all the personality and potential of Jacquère: a nose of flint and floral aromas, a precise, mineral palate of white flowers, citrus and white-fleshed fruit. A chiselled wine with a lovely bitter finish, it's good and it leaves you wanting more! Limited quantities available.

Chaotic terroir, composed of hillsides where vines grow (Les Mollards), and talwegs where wetlands and ponds have formed. Lacks acidity, a little too polished for a Jacquère.
