"A sure bet!"
"This typical Bergerac white, composed of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, is enhanced by 10% Muscadelle, which brings spicy, perfumed aromas to this ripe, fruity wine. Crisp on the finish, yet full-bodied. Drink from 2025. (Wine Enthusiast 2024)

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
3*Star rating (High-quality production, a benchmark in its sector)
About the domain :
Francis' sons Guillaume and Paul, together with oenologist Yann Lecoindre, look after the 30 hectares of Saint Julien d'Eymet, under the name Albert de Conti (formerly Tour des Gendres' flagship cuvée). A new vinification and ageing cellar is due to be built at Saint Julien. An opportunity to restore the village's viticultural colors. The trio, led by the dynamic Guillaume, intend to innovate both in terms of labels and the style of their cuvées, planting Savoyard and other grape varieties like their cousins. To be continued.
RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Domaine rated (guide 2023) 2*Stars (These great estates, often blessed with fabulous terroirs, are must-haves which, thanks to their consistency and the excellence of their production, must be included in the cellars of discerning wine lovers).
About the domain :
Rancis de Conti was a cooperator and delivered his own wines before joining forces with his brother Luc de Conti to farm Château La Tour des Gendres. In 2021, Guillaume, his son and his brother Paul, accompanied by Yann Lecoindre, the cellar master at La Tour des Gendres, took over this 30-hectare lease to produce their own cuvées under the Albert de Conti name. The cuvées Conti-ne Périgourdine, Cuvée des Conti, La Vigne d'Albert, Chez Paul and the natural sparkling wine produced on this estate's parcels have been taken over by the new structure, which therefore enters our guide at the same level as the former estate.
