Château de Chambert
Château de Chambert is owned by Philippe Lejeune. He is assisted by Stéphane Derenoncourt in vineyard management and Vincent Neuville in winemaking.
The Château de Chambert vineyard covers 65 hectares in the Cahors AOC, mainly planted with the Malbec grape variety, and managed using certified biodynamic methods. Situated on the high slopes of the southern Lot, the estate benefits from both oceanic and Mediterranean influences. Exposed from sunrise to sunset, the vines benefit from optimal sunshine, oceanic and continental air currents, in particular the "Vent d'Autan", a warm wind from the south.
Château de Chambert wines are vinified with a single philosophy: to produce fine, high-quality wines.

"The high ripeness of the organic grapes gives slightly candied aromas with an invigorating, long-lasting freshness. A real treat within three years. Produced by a computer engineer, this cheerful wine puts a smile on your face from the very first sip." (Le Guide des bonnes affaires du vin 2015 - RVF Gerbelle & Maurange). A generous, gourmet red, its freshness and intense aromatic expression make it an excellent wine!
