A selection of the estate's oldest Semillon vines, Pérette et les Noisetiers brings out all the complexity and richness of the terroir. Fermented and aged in oak barrels, it reveals spices both on the nose and palate, as well as a finely integrated woodiness. It will keep for several years in the cellar.

RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France

Rated (2018 guide) 15/20 (Good wine)

Domaine rated (2021 guide) 1*Star (Stars in the making or quality winegrowers with a good level of production, you won't be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)

About the wine:

Pérette et Les Noisetiers offers a more progressive character of hazelnut and pistachio: ideal for white meats.

About the domain :

When Jean-Mary and Catherine Le Bihan took over the family farm, they opted for the Duras hillsides. And they were right to do so, as they have raised the estate to one of the best in the South-West. In this appellation, which is struggling to emerge, this estate, using a common grape variety, produces original cuvées, pleasant to drink young or made for ageing, such as the superb Perrette et les Noisetiers 2014, tasted in magnum. Clémence, one of their daughters, has joined them.
