Domaine Le Roc is owned by the Ribes family, who are committed to producing wines of character in the Fronton appellation d'origine contrôlée region of southwest France. At Domaine Le Roc, the vines are cultivated with the utmost respect for the land. The well-balanced vineyard is built around three grape varieties. Négrette, Fronton's original grape variety, is complemented by Cabernet and Syrah, all of which are given special attention, with concentration and ripeness the main concerns. Traditional vinification with long vatting times and time are the keys to success.
