"An organic and good companion!"
This blend of Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Sauvignon offers lovely notes of white peach on the nose, with a hint of grapefruit. Round and fresh on the palate, with a lively finish. This cuvée is just as good with fish and shellfish as it is with raclette or fondue savoyardes!

About the domain :
The European cistude turtle, a nod to those who fight to save endangered species, is often depicted on the labels of the Uby winery and wine merchant, founded in 1956. At the helm of this vast vineyard (300 ha) since 1995, François Morel is committed to respecting the environment, and selects partners who supply organic grapes.
