Agenais

The IGP de l'Agenais appellation covers the whole of the Lot et Garonne department, except for the communes producing IGP Thézac-Perricard.

The climate prevailing in theIGP de l'Agenais vineyards is oceanic, with a wide annual temperature range, although it also benefits from the influence of the Mediterranean climate.

IGP de l'Agenais wines are produced in all three colors, with rich, powerful reds (mainly Merlot and Cabernet), fresh, fruity whites (Muscadelle, Sauvignon, Sémillon) and fruity, easy-drinking rosés.

14,5/20 Bettane & Desseauve

"Dark color, deep, dense nose of black fruits, the palate is creamy, solidly supported by an imposing tannic framework. A serious wine" (Le Guide Bettane & Desseauve des Vins de France 2014). A red characterized by beautiful spicy notes on the nose and fullness on the palate, with a delicate mineral note, signature of the terroir. A must-try!
