Bordaxuria
Run by Brice and Elorri, two wine lovers, Bordaxuria stretches over 240 metres in height and is mainly terraced.
Bordaxuria covers 9 hectares and is made from local grape varieties: tannat, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, petit and gros manseng and petit courbu.

Bordaxuria wines are rich and complex, aged in concrete vats and 400-liter oak barrels.

"A tender discovery up for grabs

"In the vein of the great tannats of the Southwest, but still too young to be deflowered. The tight, powerful, combative, energetic 2020 red is the wine of the future. We're waiting for the superb tannin to refine into roundness". (Le Guide RVF 2024). A fine representative of its appellation!

"Off the beaten track

Gros and Petit Manseng are rarely vinified with such precision. They baffle white wine lovers by combining aromatic power, fleshy body and remarkable finesse. Made for the table, it will reveal itself with a creamy dish like risotto. For thrill-seekers!
