The vines are grown entirely by hand. Its unique, haughty shape, golden bunches of grapes and yellow autumn foliage make it an incomparable setting. Yields of 50 hl/ha.

Hand-picked in small crates at the beginning of October
Winemaking
De-stemming followed by skin maceration for 12 hours. Pneumatic pressing with juice selection
Breeding
Fermentation then aged in stainless steel vats for 5 months on total lees.
