On the nose, as on the palate, more, more... and more aromas in the broad spectrum of this dry Juran¢on: mainly white-fleshed fruit, with exotic fruit and citrus fruit on the side, complemented by floral and dried herb notes. This impressive blend of flavors coats the palate with a dense, rich body, supported by vibrant acidity that lends tension and the weight of perfectly controlled power. The finish benefits from the extra freshness provided by the extra minerality. Accessible and ready to drink. This lovely, luminous white wine, with its finesse, was paired with a starter of grapefruit stuffed with pink shrimp/crab/avocado, followed by a dessert of lemon meringue pie. Score = 4.
