Château Puy Servain
For 3 generations, the Hecquet family has worked the vines of the Château Puy Servain. Located on the slopes of Montravel, the Château Puy Servain reflects the centuries-old tradition of winegrowing on these lands.

Daniel Hecquet, oenologist and current owner, has integrated the notion of sustainable development and respect for the environment. Since then, Château Puy Servain 's vines have been fertilized exclusively with organic fertilizers, and plant protection is managed using a "lutte raisonnée" approach. He works with respect for tradition, while integrating modern oenological knowledge.

The Terrement sweet white cuvée reveals notes of candied fruit, apricot and a touch of honey on the nose. The palate is charmed by exotic fruit (pineapple, passion fruit) and lemon aromas, revealing freshness and lightness. A delicacy with finesse!

2*Coup de Coeur Hachette

"A sure bet for this cuvée, which is no stranger to the wine world. The color is ruby with beautiful orange reflections. The nose combines finesse and elegance with ripe fruit and the spicy, roasted and toasty notes of ageing. The palate is particularly aromatic and greedy. The silky, fine tannins and restrained freshness give this well-balanced wine great persistence and dynamism". ( Guide Hachette des Vins 2019)
