"Bonne Nouvelle 2006 is the first vintage to be fermented in open 500-liter barrels. It has a ripe, well-defined bouquet of macerated black cherries, licorice, with a touch of soy and a hint of mint. The palate is well balanced with fine tannins, a little spicier than previous vintages, with hints of soy and bacon towards the finish. Well worth seeking out." (Wine Advocate 2011 - Robert Parker)
