"Already very impressive today, it should continue to improve! (James Suckling) "

"Even the nose of this great Alsace dry Riesling is dense and exotic, with floral and honey notes. Rich, full-bodied and powerful, but with a lovely clementine freshness. The fine tannins give this wine a surprisingly silky finish." (James Suckling 2024)

RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France

Domaine rated (guide 2025) 1*Star (Stars in the making or quality winemakers with good production levels, you won't be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)

About the domain :

Born in 2017, this estate is the legacy of vines brought together by the couple Amélie Buecher, from a long line of winegrowers, and Charles Sparr, child of a family of wine merchants. Certified organic in 2017 and biodynamic in 2019, their vineyard boasts four grands crus and offers a regular range of sincere, no-nonsense wines. Quality is improving fast, the Pinot Noirs are shining, and the domaine has been awarded its first star this year.

About the wine:

Even the nose of this great Alsace dry Riesling is dense and exotic, with floral and honey notes. Rich, full-bodied and powerful, but with a lovely clementine freshness. Fine tannins give this wine a surprisingly silky finish. This wine is very impressive today, but should improve with bottle age. Made from Demeter-certified biodynamically grown grapes. For drinking or cellaring.
