Robert Parker
"Dry and fruity with a touch of lemon peel, you can feel the limestone strength in this wine." (Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France - RVF) Made from old vines marked by their terroir, Le Dragon has a chalky minerality with delicate lemon notes. On the palate, the wine is taut, lively and full of juice. A wine that expresses itself with finesse and delicacy. Highly recommendable!

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Wine rated (2019 guide) 15.5/20 (Very good wine)
Domaine rated (guide 2022) 4*Stars (Top-quality producers, the glories of French winegrowing)
About the domain :
With courage and discipline, Céline and Isabelle Meyer manage the estate long run by their father Jean. Biodynamic viticulture shines through in wines with airy, pure, fresh, chiselled mouthfeel. The estate's two favorite grands crus are Hengst and Brand, where Riesling shines particularly brightly. Pinot Gris is part of a long tradition of dry wines, unfortunately not so common in Alsace.
