"This cuvée and a good foie gras ... a dream at the table!"
"Ten days of maceration followed by two years in foudre for Artisan, a blend of gewurztraminer and pinot gris: a disarmingly natural, well-balanced gastronomic wine, whose bitters show the admirable patina of careful ageing". (Guide de la RVF 2025) Packaged in glass stopper.

About the wine:
Ten days of maceration followed by two years in foudre for Artisan, a blend of gewurztraminer and pinot gris: a disarmingly natural, well-balanced gastronomic wine, whose bitters bear the admirable patina of careful ageing.
About the domain :
Mathieu [Deiss] has also created the Vignoble du Rêveur from his mother's vineyards in Bennwihr (where he produces top-flight orange wines). The wines are out of the ordinary for the region, which is a little disconcerting for the consumer, but the result is magnificent. A few years of hindsight allow us to analyze the precision of terroir definitions and the ability of these wines to manage their own balance. To be discovered at the estate: the unique experience of geo-sensory tasting, which enables you to understand the relationship between a wine's characteristics and the terroir in which it was born.

Pungent, fizzy wine, unpleasant on the palate, even though we love Alsatian wines.

Confusing and successful, if you're willing to think outside the box. Not as fresh as white, but more original.

This is the perfect bottle for those who love maceration wines! It has power, freshness, richness and good length. The color ranges from blood orange to dark rosé. Very pronounced pomelo aromas with a lovely bitterness. Ideal for refined Asian cuisine.

A pungent wine, of no interest.

Nothing to remember. But what did the winemaker want to offer? It's really not good
