"A combination of power and lightness creating perfect harmony, according to James Suckling: another success for this iconic vintage from Catena Zapata."

"A red wine with beautiful minerality and impeccable purity. Wet stones, red cherries, and a hint of flowers and spices. Truly chalky tannins, bone-dry palate, long transparent finish. A combination of power and lightness that creates perfect harmony." (James Suckling 2023)

About wine:

For several years now, winemaker Alejandro Vigil has been careful to treat his best Malbecs with delicacy in the cellar, allowing the fruit nuances to express themselves in the wine. Blackberry and Victoria plum mingle with exotic spices, cloves, and a hint of cigar. The tannins are fine and taut, and the firm acidity gives a powerful finish. This fresh vintage will age well. 2024-2040

About wine:

The 2021 Adrianna Vineyard Fortuna Terrae Malbec comes from a small plot in Gualtallary with a soil profile one meter deep. It underwent a meticulous 16-month aging process in oak barrels and concrete vats and has a deep purple color. The nose offers seductive aromas of lavender, mint, mountain herbs, orange peel, and curry, against a backdrop of dried flowers. The palate offers a fascinating combination of dryness and juiciness. The rich, taut mouthfeel conveys a vibrant energy that lingers in a compact but delicately persistent finish. This unique and flavorful Malbec combines a primary style with a conceptual approach focused on terroir. 2025-2040
