Grapes, more grapes, always grapes, without any additions (yeast, chaptalization or sulfur), avoiding any interventions in order to convey all the purity and character of the terroir to this wine. Tentation gives the impression of an easy wine, but in fact it's full of complexity and finesse, with a hint of powder also provided by this year's Syrah. A subtle, racy wine for connoisseurs.

A singular cuvée thanks to its atypical blend, its shimmering ruby color and, above all, its very, very "natural" side, which plays the fruit card above all else. In a difficult vintage, this results in pure cherry juice with a particularly tonic fermentation and a satiny, mineral texture. Light body, relative concentration and medium finish. Although I found this cuvée interesting in its own right, I didn't succumb to the "Temptation" for all the reasons above. The guests were also surprised at a dinner aperitif with cochonailles lyonnaises. Rating: 3.3.
