"A jewel in the Dubœuf galaxy (RVF)

This jewel in the Dubœuf galaxy represents a fine standard-bearer for the cru. Faithful to the muscle of the Capitans, it reveals a fine quality of fruit, thanks in particular to complete destemming. Its precise tannins and judicious ageing promise good cellaring (LA RVF n°682 July - August 2024).

"An ambassador of Gamay and Lyonnais gastronomy!

The refinement of Gamay for a dense cuvée, built on powerful tannins and enveloped by notes of black cherries. Conceived by chef Paul Bocuse and his friend Georges Dubœuf, this wine is a wonderful ally for fine bistro cuisine!

"A singularly robust and square red wine, perfect for cellaring!

Morgon is undoubtedly the most distinctive of the ten Beaujolais Crus, with its easily identifiable notes of ripe black fruit and cherry jam. This cuvée, imagined by chef Paul Bocuse and his friend Georges Dubœuf, perfectly fulfills these codes, taking finesse and harmony one step further. A real favorite!
