"A Gamay for sunny tapas!
This Beaujolais-Villages Vieilles Vignes comes from vines planted high up on sandy, granitic, mid-slope soil, favoring rapid ripening - certainly the earliest ripening area in Beaujolais. Vinification using whole bunches of grapes takes on its full meaning, so that this cuvée expresses the fruit and complexity of the little corner of this land on which it grew.
