Château des Ravatys has a long history, dating back to the middle of the 19th century when Auguste Solet bought the vineyard.

Today, Château des Ravatys has been taken over by Jean-Claude LAVOREL, a passionate entrepreneur from Lyon who fell under the Château's spell.

The Château des Ravatys team works day in, day out to express the high quality of this terroir, with a vineyard in conversion to organic farming. Cellar work is carried out with respect for Beaujolais traditions, and the different plots are vinified separately to reveal all their originality.

What a delicacy this Chardonnay from Château des Ravatys is! Magnificent aromas of white flowers, lemon and citrus coax the nostrils before giving way to a round, slightly toasted palate. Perfect as an aperitif or with fish in sauce.
