A 28-hectare estate in the heart of the Beaujolais crus. Château de la Terrière is one of the oldest estates in the region, and has stood facing Mont Brouilly in Cercié since the 14th century.
The 28-hectare vineyard, planted with Gamay and PInot noir, is made up of :

The 9th generation of a family of winegrowers, Grégory Barbet took over the château in 2003. He also owns Domaine de la Pirolette with his wife Virginie.
Frédéric Maignet is Château de la Terrière's wine mister. He is also consultant oenologist for a number of Beaujolais estates.
