This Régnié is already starting to pinot! On a fresh, fine nose, full of flint, smoky notes and morello cherries, it adds little spices, violets, menthol and chocolate on the palate, before evolving into grenadine. Round and fresh, it's a marvel! For an original pairing, match it with foie gras.
