"This important cuvée (30,000 bottles) awakens the nose with its atomic perfume of rose potpourri. Devilishly joyful and greedy, it seduces with its 'high drinkability'" (Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2020 - RVF) A Gamay with fresh juice and floral aromas on sandy-granitic soils, a fine illustration of this Beaujolais Cru.

Guide Hachette des vins
Wine rated 1*Star (Very successful wine)
Domain rated (guide 2022) Award-winning wines (The wines of this producer are regularly awarded by the guide)
About the wine:
Christophe Savoye readily praises the finesse of this cuvée, which is generally well representative of the Chiroubles terroir. The sunny 2018 vintage has done its work, and while this wine is appreciated for its harmony, it is also well-structured and expressive, with intense notes of red fruit and spices.
About the domain :
Sophie and Christophe Savoye have been in Chiroubles since 1991, following in the footsteps of five generations. They farm 16 hectares in the Chiroubles, Morgon and Régnié AOCs.

Wine rated (2020 guide) 16/20 (Very good wine)
Domain rated (guide 2022) Selected (We remind you that this guide is a prize list and as such, all the domains that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).
About the wine:
This important cuvée (30,000 bottles) awakens the nose with its atomic fragrance of rose potpourri. Devilishly joyful and gourmand, it seduces with its "high drinkability".
About the domain :
In the center of the village of Chiroubles, on the green balcony of the Beaujolais, sixth-generation Christophe farms 16.5 hectares, 14 of which are in his cru. Vinifying with (classic) semi-carbonic maceration, he de-stems parcels where the grapes are not yet ripe. He sells everything in the bottle, and at a fair price - the price at which chiroubles should be sold. We are surprised, however, by the stylistic differences in the range, noting irregularities in recent vintages.
