A concentrated cuvée reminiscent of an LBV Ruby Port on the nose, this Morgon is a delightful reminder of its "Corcelette" terroir. A well-crafted wine with perceptible tertiary notes. The wine for all your moments, quite simply!

RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Rated (guide 2022) 14.5/20 (Vintage 2019) (Good wine)
Domaine noté (guide 2022) Sélectionné (We remind you that this guide is a prize list and as such, all the estates that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).
About the domain :
In the center of the village of Chiroubles, on the green balcony of the Beaujolais, sixth-generation Christophe farms 16.5 hectares, 14 of which are in his cru. Vinifying with (classic) semi-carbonic maceration, he de-stems parcels where the grapes are not yet ripe. He sells everything in the bottle, and at a fair price - the price at which chiroubles should be sold. We are surprised, however, by the stylistic differences in the range, noting irregularities in recent vintages.
