Since its planting in 2017, this parcel of Chardonnay has known only Biodynamic agriculture. It was harvested for the first time in 2019 to produce this cuvée Axiome, "l'évidence". After a long, gentle pressing, the wine was vinified in barrel with indigenous yeasts and aged on lees for 8 months. This Beaujolais Lantignié blanc, 100% Chardonnay, combines concentration, roundness and finesse. A reflection of a great terroir in the making.

Produced from the oldest plots and aged in oak, this cuvée offers great aromatic complexity, supported by a firm yet silky structure. The palate is full-bodied, long and fresh. This is a great Régnié that can be enjoyed immediately. It's fruity, but will reveal many other facets over the course of its twenty years or so of cellaring. A great success!

"Another face of Beaujolais

Stemming from an old vineyard parcel located on a Lantignié microgranite vein, this cuvée was harvested for the first time in 2018 after several years ravaged by hail. With its nose of ripe red fruit, cherries in brandy, mentholated and camphorated, Alio Pacto offers a silky, dense wine with lovely juice and a fresh finish. Its tannins are already silky, although it's easy to imagine that a few years will allow it to blossom even further. Discover another face of Beaujolais, a cru cultivated in another way, alio pacto in Latin, for divine pleasure!

"Providential, unexpected and intense..."

The Hydrophobe des Capréoles cuvée was born of the 2017 vintage, following the violent hailstorms that wiped out some of the harvest hopes during the summer. This cuvée symbolizes hope after anguish, rage after despondency, humility after anger. We had to bounce back and find some good grapes. L'Hydrophobe is the cuvée of resilience. "Live for what tomorrow has to offer, not for what yesterday took away" - an impressively dense, greedy and mineral Brouilly.
