"Numbered cuvée, produced only in certain vintages".

"Hand-harvested, fully vinified and aged for 18 months in barrels, everything has been thought out to create a complex, fragrant wine. On the nose, black fruits mingle with spices. These aromas (blackcurrant and pepper) also evolve on the fine, chiselled palate, with elegant tannins that stretch out well on the finish. A cuvée that does not lack distinction, nor potential ". About the wine:

Hand-harvested, fully vinified and aged for 18 months in barrels, everything has been thought out to create a complex, fragrant wine. On the nose, black fruits mingle with spices. These aromas (blackcurrant and pepper) also evolve on the fine, chiselled palate, with elegant tannins that stretch out well on the finish. A cuvée that does not lack distinction, nor potential.

About the domain :

Winegrowers for 6 generations, the Bourceau family has been represented by Wilfried since 2017. This young winemaker, sensitive to ecological issues, decided a year later to convert the entire operation to organic farming.
