"A classic blend of Merlot (80%) and Cabernet Franc, this deep-colored 2015 delivers a harmonious bouquet of ripe black fruits accompanied by small, noble vegetal notes. On the palate, it's round, suave, soft and fleshy, underpinned by smooth, silky tannins. The archetype of a friendly, gourmet Bordeaux". (Le Guide des Vins Hachette 2018)

About the wine:
A classic blend of Merlot (80%) and Cabernet Franc, this deep-colored 2015 delivers a harmonious bouquet of ripe black fruits accompanied by noble vegetal notes. On the palate, it's round, suave, soft and fleshy, supported by smooth, silky tannins. This is the archetypal friendly, gourmet Bordeaux.
About the domain :
This 8-hectare estate has been run organically by the same family for four generations since 1935, and is regularly honored for its Palais d'or liquoreux en côtes-de-bordeaux-saint-macaire and its Bordeaux reds. After ten years as a pharmacy assistant, Thierry Bos took over the family vineyard in 1990.

Domain rated (2018 guide) Selected (We remind you that this guide is a prize list and as such, all the domains that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).
About the wine:
Fruit d'Automne 2015 recalls the thirst-quenching virtues of a Beaujolais: all fruit, pulpy, low tannin, bright.
About the domain :
Thierry Bos, from Gironde-sur-Dropt, is a determined and passionate winemaker! For over ten years, he has been committed to reviving "forgotten" grape varieties such as Carménère, Malbec and, to a lesser extent, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. The different cuvées express wine styles with strong personalities. Always measured, with just the right levels of ripeness and delicate extractions, we appreciate the atypical character of these wines. An estate that truly deserves our attention.
