"Fleshy, fruity nose; smoky toast, black pepper and black cherries - very lively and aromatically nuanced. Delicate and clean, crisp with bite, but also beautiful chalky but fine tannins that give body and structure to the fresh red and black fruits. Lots of licorice spice on the palate that settles at the edges, but this wine seems well made and offers plenty to like. Give it at least an hour in the decanter. Easy to drink, balanced and fine.
