This natural disposition is reinforced by a principle of minimum amendment, strictly organic in origin, and short pruning, supplemented later by thinning if necessary. The vinification of Château Camensac's Grand Cru Classé AOC Haut-Médoc follows the most authentic traditions to deliver a wine with a frank personality, both elegant and harmonious.
