Château Sénilhac
Château Sénilhac is run by Loïs and Jean-Luc Grassin, who continue the work of their father Michel Grassin. The 20-hectare single vineyard is located on a clay-limestone terroir in the Bordeaux region, which reveals a large water reserve in its subsoil, invaluable in years of drought, giving Château Sénilhac harmony and richness. The combination of terroir and grape varieties makes Château Sénilhac a round, supple, sappy and fleshy Haut-Médoc wine. The Château Sénilhac vineyard produces around 130,000 bottles. Vinification is carried out with care and attention, in a modern vat room that respects traditional know-how. The Château Sénilhac wine is then aged in carefully selected merrain oak barrels in an ageing cellar.

Médaille d'Or Concours Bordeaux

Sénilhac 's clay-limestone terroir harbors a large water reserve in the subsoil. Even in dry years, this gives the wines the necessary sap, roundness and suppleness. A delicately fruity and woody wine, with a supple attack, a fine, elegant structure and a tight, racy frame. A Haut-Médoc great!

Château Sénilhac extends over 23 hectares of vines on a clay-limestone terroir with a large water reserve in the subsoil. Even in dry years, this gives the wines the necessary sap, roundness and suppleness. The 2006 vintage shows great intensity, with aromas of ripe fruit and fine woody notes. A great Haut-Médoc!
