Visit Château Pierrefitte is located in the heart of the Lalande-de-Pomerol appellation, not far from the great Bel-Air, Rouget and Feytit-clinet wines. Positioned in the southern part of the appellation and separated from Pomerol by the "La Barbanne" creek, the estate benefits from a magnificent clay-gravel terroir.

This 5-hectare wine estate is run by the 3rd generation of the Massonie family. Their motto comes from the Latin "Nec Falerno Minor", meaning "no less good than the wine of Falerna". Indeed, in ancient times, Falerno wines from the province of Caserta were among the most famous in the world. Today, the Massonie family passionately perpetuates this historic know-how, while guaranteeing sustainable practices that respect the environment.
