Middeldiepe ruby kleur. Neus: donker fruit, vanilletoontje en het strenge van Bordeaux, met name van Cab. Sauvignon en het groene-paprika-toontje van de Cab. Franc. In de mond wat onrijpe bramen, en andere groene (vegetale) indrukken. Je moet hiervan houden. Allemaal wat stroef en enigszins schraal. Had wat meer materie en drinkplezier verwacht. Ook wat kort in de afdronk. Wel aanwezig, de typische kenmerken van een Bdx. Bij het stoofvlees werd de wijn wat zachter en ronder. Score: 15,5/20
