Guide Hachette des vins
Domaine noté (guide 2011) Award-winning wines (The wines of this producer are regularly awarded by the guide)
About the domain :
RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Estate rated (2014 guide) 1*Star (Stars in the making or quality winemakers with good production levels, you won't be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)
About the domain :
"Located in the heart of Libourne, this estate was acquired in 2008 by the former shareholders of Château Cheval Blanc, Bernard Arnault and Baron Albert Frère. Pierre-Olivier Clouet, a close associate of Pierre Lurton, took over the reins, with the aim of revitalizing an old vineyard that has now been fully worked. A naturally fine wine, made from light gravel, which "turns out to be more complex than one might imagine", explains its director. "
