Drink or Keep
This is a highly enjoyable Cru Bourgeois, immediately developing aromas of mixed red and black fruits, as well as hints of licorice. A tasty Saint-Estèphe, supple and round on the palate, with powerful, mellow tannins. Its balance oscillates between power and freshness. It's all there! Delivery in wooden cases for orders of 12 bottles of this wine delivered in France (excluding Point Relais delivery method).

Domaine rated 2**Stars (Successful production)
About the domain :
"Château Ségur de Cabanac has belonged to the Delon family since 1985. Since 1993, Guy Delon has been supported by his children. Far from the "big" châteaux, the estate comprises 7 small hectares in the eastern part of the Saint-Estèphe commune, on a gravelly hillside overlooking the Gironde. Complemented by Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon accounts for 60% of the grape varieties planted here, and planting densities are high, at 9,000 vines per hectare.
