Château Ségur de Cabanac
Château Ségur de Cabanac dates back to the 16th century, when the powerful Ségur-Cabanac family owned numerous estates before becoming owners of large Médoc vineyards such as Latour and Lafite. Count Josephe-Marie de Ségur-Cabanac, known as the "prince of vines," owned land in the commune of Saint-Estèphe.

Guy Delon, from a family of winegrowers for seven generations, bought Château Ségur de Cabanac in 1985. At a place called "Le Port de Saint-Estèphe," he built a wine cellar, vat room, and farm buildings. The Château Ségur de Cabanac vineyard consists of 12 plots covering just over 7 hectares, located on the best hilltops in the appellation, facing the Gironde, and adjacent to the commune's greatest wines such as Calon, Phélan-Ségur, Meyney, and others.
