William Fèvre Estate
Domaine William Fèvre, founded in the late 1950s by William Fèvre, a fervent defender of the historic terroirs and appellations of Chablis, was acquired by the Henriot family group in 1998. Domaine William Fèvre continues to develop with a constant focus on producing wines of unquestionable authenticity and quality, and above all, an unwavering commitment to remaining faithful to the terroir. All these efforts are carried out with a single goal in mind: to best express the subtle variations of the best climates in Chablis.

The vineyard of Domaine William Fèvre is above all an exceptional heritage, now covering 48 hectares, more than half of which are Premiers Crus (12 hectares) and Grands Crus (15.2 hectares) in Chablis. Domaine William Fèvre has the widest range of Grands Crus and benefits from ideal conditions for producing excellent wines, on soil combining Kimmeridgian marl and clayey limestone. The care lavished on the Domaine William Fèvre vineyard and the expertise brought to bear in the cellar transcend the Chardonnay, which here delivers an expression of great purity, combining freshness and minerality.
