« Des arômes de cerises, de baies sucrées, de fumée, d'épices et de pétales annoncent l'Irancy 2019, un vin moyennement corsé, vif et succulent qui a été élevé 100% en fût. Ce vin s'est révélé de très belle facture. » (Wine Advocate 2021). L'Irancy 2019 de cette Maison prometteuse présente un beau nez expressif de fruits à noyau, avec un jus énergique. Une belle finesse se révèle en bouche, avec des tanins encore serrés.

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Rated domain (2020 guide) 2*Stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)
About the domain :
The great adventure continues for Grégory Viennois and Delphine Carré, alongside their respective activities for domaines Laroche. This pure red wine merchant in the Irancy appellation was missing from the region's landscape, especially since they launched with the splendid 2015 vintage. In 2016, they preferred to blend everything into a single cuvée, but the 2017s feature the now customary three cuvées, with an absolutely splendid beaux-monts. Reserve your cuvées early at the domaine!
Guide Hachette des vins
Rated domain (2022 guide) Award-winning wines (Wines from this producer regularly win awards in the guide)
About the domain :
A very young négoce founded in 2015 by Delphine and Grégory Viennois. Delphine comes from a family of winegrowers and has worked in some of Burgundy's leading houses. The second, also from Burgundy and with a degree in oenology, has a fine CV: he learned the trade with Nadine Gublin (Dom. Jacques Prieur) and Jean-Pierre de Smet (Dom. de l'Arlot), vinified at Ch. Smith-Haut-Lafitte, was technical director of Michel Chapoutier and general manager of Ferraton Père & Fils. Since 2011, he has been technical director of Dom. Laroche in Chablis and has been a consultant to Quinta Do Monte d'Oiro in Portugal since 2006.
Robert Parker - Wine Advocate
Vin noté (guide 2021) 91/100 (Vin formidable)
Rated domain (2021 guide) Recommended (Wine producer recommended by Robert Parker - The Wine Advocate)
About the wine :
Aromas of cherries, sweet berries, smoke, spices and petals herald the 2019 Irancy, a lively, succulent, medium-bodied wine that has been aged 100% in barrel. This wine has proven to be very well made.
