Saint-Romain 'Sous le Château' rouge 2010 s'ouvre sur des arômes de fruits rouges bien mûrs avec de jolis tanins fin et soyeux. Bien équilibré avec des notes de pivoines et une belle tension. Bien dans son appellation, ce rouge sera parfait dans trois ans sur une viande rouge grillée.
