Domaine Christophe Buisson has 7 hectares of vines, including 3 in the commune of Saint-Romain. The owner's motto is: "To have a good product, you need a good raw material and rigorous work both in the vineyard and in the cellar". It was from this philosophy that Christophe Buisson set out early on, with the ultimate goal of going organic. In 2009, the estate began its conversion to organic production, and 2012 was the first Ecocert-certified vintage.
