A very good Breton cider, classic and well-balanced.

Excellent cider, quite supple on the palate despite everything, complex and well-balanced (you can clearly feel the effect of the barrel ageing), everything you want from a good cider. Enjoy it with buckwheat pancakes.

Orange color. Powerful nose dominated by aromas of gray apples and exotic fruit. Tannic, highly extracted, supple palate with a certain sweetness counterbalanced by a waltz of pretty bitters. Good length. Slightly overpriced for a Brut that is simple and consensual overall, yet full of sincerity. Unsuitable as an aperitif, it should be served with salted Breton galettes. Or, at 10°, to celebrate Epiphany with the family, with a traditional frangipane galette to echo the bitter flavors of almonds. For its part, Kervéguen's "Carpe Diem", tender and more complex, will be preferred for a kingdom with candied fruits from Provence. Until we know who will be King or Queen, note of 4.
