Hotte Farm
A family-run cider mill, the Hotte Farm is run by Gérard and his son Théo. Located in the Pays d'Othe, between Champagne and Burgundy, the Hotte Farm covers 20 hectares of orchards, divided into 6 plots.

Ferme d'Hotte works with apples in the traditional way: picked when fully ripe (when they fall to the ground), the apples are pressed less than 24 hours after harvesting. Like Champagne wines, Ferme d'Hotte ciders undergo a second fermentation in the bottle, with regular stirring.

"An exceptional cider from a Champagne specialist".

Boemius's aromatic complexity emerges from the glass with notes of overripe green apples, honey and lime blossom. The palate is full and dense, with a gentle bitterness.

La Ferme d'Hotte - Cidre Bouché Brut Tradition

"A lively, gourmet cider, ideal throughout the meal".

Cidre Bouché Brut is a wonderful introduction to the orchards of the Yonne region and local varieties such as Avrolles. Its golden yellow color is a marvel in the glass, and its full nose of ripe apples recalls the sweetness of autumn. Its liveliness gives it great ageing potential.
