Cidre Bouché Brut is a wonderful introduction to the orchards of the Yonne region and local varieties such as Avrolles. Its golden yellow color is a marvel in the glass, and its full nose of ripe apples recalls the sweetness of autumn. Its liveliness gives it great ageing potential.
